We recently stayed at a Judge Porter House and it was an unforgettable experience. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the historic district, just a short walk to the beautiful Cane River and the quaint shops and restaurants. It’s the ideal spot for anyone wanting to explore the rich history of the area while enjoying peaceful surroundings.

Breakfast was a highlight of the stay. The eggs benedict, apple dumplings, Belgium waffles and the freshest fruit were all excellent. It was the perfect way to start the day, served in a lovely dining room with warm hospitality. We can't say enough about the staff, from the inn keeper to the house keeper. They were accommodating, personal and professional. Outstanding service!!!! Outstanding staff!!!

The bedroom was cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated with outstanding antiques .The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing.

Overall, this bed and breakfast is a gem. If you're visiting Natchitoches and want a personal, homey experience with excellent food and location, We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be a repeat guest.
