Embarking on a long-distance road trip means seeing a lot of the country, but finding true comfort along the way is rare. When travelers pull off the highway and into the Natchitoches National Historic Landmark District, they discover that staying at an outstanding historic bed and breakfast makes all the difference in their journey.

Recently, a guest named John stopped at our 1912 Bed and Breakfast during an epic cross-country excursion and shared his experience on Google:

"It's very obvious that the owners of this B&B take a lot of pride in their property. The decor is beautiful both in the rooms and public spaces, and we couldn't have felt more comfortable. We also hope the owners realize what a treasure they have in Jackie. The breakfast she made was the finest we had on a 30 day road trip. It was literally picture-perfect, although this photo doesn't do it justice, or include the first course which was an apple dumpling. However, as great as the breakfast was, it was Jackie's positivity that we will remember. Thank you for a great stay, and we hope to be back someday." Rooms: 5.0 | Service: 5.0 | Location: 5.0
