Directions to the Judge Porter House from I-49
Take
exit 138 onto Highway 6 (College Avenue) towards Natchitoches.
Go to the 4th traffic light and take a left onto Second Street.
The Judge Porter House is located in the third block on the corner of Rue
Poete and Second Streets. There is
off-street parking in front of the house and at the rear of the house.

If you have any questions or comments when you check while checking
in there is a courtesy phone to the right of the front door, just pick it up and
wait for an answer. If there is no answer please leave a cell phone
number and we will call you back right away.

| Cancellation Policies: |

Full payment is due unless we are notified 10 days in advance of your scheduled reservation date consecutively per room booked. Any person making a reservation with an arrival date less than 10 days from the date reservation is made; understands and assumes total responsibility for all charges in the event their reservation is cancelled, and we are unable to rebook the room.
Whole house rentals will require a 50-day advance notice for
full refund. If we are able to re-book your room(s) to another guest we will
offer a refund for the number of rooms re-booked. Cancellation policy may be
changed if multiple rooms are booked by one person, organization or group.

| Christmas Festival Cancellation Policy: (December 6-December 7, 2013) |
| If you need to cancel please do so prior to November 1, 2013. Charges will be billed to your credit card on November 1, 2013 and are non-refundable. If you cancel after November 1, 2013, then you can send someone in your place or release the rooms to us and we will do our best to re-book the rooms. We will refund any room that we re-book. |
| Hurricane Cancellation Policy: |

A non - refundable Deposit equal to the first nights accommodations is required during Hurricane Evacuations. This deposit will be charged the date the reservation is secured. |
If your family or friends need to
contact you while you are staying at the Judge Porter House, please have them
call your cell phone.
If unable to contact your family or friends via their cell phone and it
is an emergency please call reservations at 1-800-441-8343.
